OZZY OSBOURNE And Family Sign Master Licensing Deal
June 4, 2002OZZY OSBOURNE and family have signed a master licensing deal with Signatures Network in San Francisco to allow the firm to market hundreds of OZZY OSBOURNE products, including backpacks, notebooks, caps, wallets, hosiery, loungewear, stickers, dart boards and action figures.
Prices will range from 50 cents for a magnet to more than $40 for a figurine of OZZY or his wife/manager Sharon.
Dell Fuyrano, Signature CEO who has worked with the OSBOURNE clan for nearly 20 years marketing OZZY merchandise, estimates the merchandise should yield about $200 million in retail sales by the end of the year, with about $10 to $15 million going to the family.

The venerable BBC, which has been airing the "F-word" for so long it's lost any power to shock, got all coy with its worldwide broadcast of last night's London pop concert marking the Queen's Golden Jubilee. The Beed put out a 30-second delay on the telecast because it was terrified of what flavor-of-the-month OZZY OSBOURNE might blurt out from the stage. Probably right to be concerned — earlier in the piece OZZY wondered aloud to the press about what Prince Charles was doing with "that Camilla with a face like a sack of s---."
